Participation Can Be Rewarding

Students have opportunities to earn stipends, wages, participation incentives, or other rewards for completing approved activities.

Attendance, participation, completed work, and accurate documentation all matter.

Show Up. Participate. Get Recognized.

Learners may qualify for special challenges, technology giveaways, prizes, recognition, and other incentives offered throughout the program.

The more consistently students participate and complete their responsibilities, the more opportunities they may have to be recognized and rewarded.

Meet the Team

Rod Washington

Executive/Managing Director

Rod Washington provides executive leadership and operational oversight for Project Create Enterprises. He directs program implementation, partnership coordination, service delivery, staff accountability, and the systems used to support participating students.

Rod works to ensure that each program remains organized, responsive, and focused on creating meaningful opportunities for learners.

Morgan Branigan

Coordinator

Morgan Branigan coordinates the communication, scheduling, participant information, documentation, and day-to-day follow-up required to keep Project Create Enterprises programs moving.

Morgan helps connect students, families, instructors, schools, agency partners, and program leadership while supporting accurate records and successful service delivery.

Maddy Fontenot

Instructor

Maddy Fontenot provides hands-on instruction and direct support to participating learners.

She helps students develop practical skills, complete meaningful activities, strengthen workplace behaviors, and build confidence through guided instruction and project-based learning.

Zach Whitehead

Instructor

Zach Whitehead connects classroom instruction with real-world expectations and professional application.

He supports learners as they develop technical abilities, creative problem-solving skills, teamwork, accountability, and the confidence to produce work they can be proud of.
